Watson Wyatt European Investment LP

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (the "Act"), with effect from 1 April 2017, Watson Wyatt European Investment Holdings 1, LLC transferred its entire limited partnership interest in Watson Wyatt European Investment LP (the “Partnership”), being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP010620 to Willis Towers Watson Holdings (Guernsey) Limited. In consequence of the foregoing, Watson Wyatt European Investment Holdings 1, LLC has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership and was replaced as a limited partner by Willis Towers Watson Holdings (Guernsey) Limited.
