In respect of De Pinna Notaries, of 35 Piccadilly, London W1J 0LJ (the "Partnership"), notice of the following is hereby given:

a) Ms Maria Teresa Godoy Gomez will cease to be a partner as of 1st May 2017; and

b) Mr Peter Edmund Adams and Mr James Siôn Taylor will join as partners as of 1st May 2017.

Accordingly, the composition of the Partnership from 1st May 2017 will be as follows:
