"That the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that D J King (IP No. 009639) of AlixPartners, 6 New Street Square, London EC4A 3BF and C M Williamson (IP No. 15570) of AlixPartners, The Zenith Building, 26 Spring Gardens, Manchester, M2 1AB, be appointed as Joint Liquidators for the purposes of such voluntary winding up, and that the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation."
