Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 that the Joint Administrators' of the above named Company are seeking a decision from Creditors on That the Administrators' pre-administration costs, the details of which are set out in the Administrators' proposals and issued with the notice of the decision procedure, to be approved. Disbursements also include category 2 disbursements.

That the Administrators' fees will be charged by reference to the time properly spent by them and their staff in dealing with the matters relating to the Administration, such time to be charged at the hourly charge out rate of the grade of staff undertaking the work at the time the work is undertaken and subject to the fees estimate set out in the Administrators' proposals and issued with the notice of the decision procedure.

Creditors are invited to determine whether a Creditors' Committee should be established by way of correspondence.

In order to be counted a creditor's vote must be accompanied by a proof in respect of the creditor's claim (unless it has already been given). A creditor's vote will be disregarded if their proof in respect of their claim is not received on or before the decision date. A creditor who has opted out from receiving notices may nevertheless vote if the creditor provides a proof of debt in the requisite time frame.
