Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 15 March 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 18 April 2017, GODDEY EDOBOR CHUKWUMA OSAGIE, of 7 Silchester Court, London Road, Thornton Heath, Surrey CR7 6JD, Married/Civil Partnership and a British Citizen, under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Chukwuma Goddey Edobor Osagie and assumed the name of Goddey Edobor Chukwuma Osagie.
