Special Resolution:-

"That the Company be wound up voluntarily"

Ordinary Resolution:-

"That Lloyd Hinton of Insolve Plus Limited, Allan House, 10 John Prince's Street, London, W1G 0AH, be appointed Liquidator of the Company for the purposes of the voluntary winding-up".
