LONDON BOROUGH OF BEXLEY
THE BEXLEY (ABBEY WOOD STATION) (PARKING PLACES) (AMENDMENT NO. XX) TRAFFIC ORDER 201X
1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Bexley propose to make the above mentioned Traffic Order under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended by Section 8 of and Part 1 of Schedule 5 to the Local Government Act 1985 and all other enabling powers.
2. The general effect of the above mentioned Amendment Order, would be to amend the Bexley (Abbey Wood Station) (Parking Places) Traffic Order 2015, to make minor changes to the layout of parking places, which include:
(a) removing an existing resident and visitor permit parking bay to the front of No. 18 Lanridge Road, Abbey Wood. This resident and visitor permit parking place, which operates between 11am and 1pm Monday to Friday will be replaced by the controlled parking zone restriction of no waiting, Monday to Friday 11am to 1pm, denoted by a single yellow line, and
(b) removing an existing resident and visitor permit parking bay to the front of Nos 59 and 61 Fendyke Road, Abbey Wood. This resident and visitor permit parking place, which operates between 11am and 1pm Monday to Friday will be replaced by the controlled parking zone restriction of no waiting, Monday to Friday 11am to 1pm, denoted by a single yellow line,
3. Copies of the proposed Order, the corresponding Parent Order (and any Orders that have amended that Order), the Council’s statement of reasons for proposing to make the Order, and maps which indicates the length of road to which the Order relates, can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays inclusive, at the Contact Centre, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT.

5. Any person desiring to object to the proposed Order should send a statement in writing of their objections and the grounds thereof, to the London Borough of Bexley, Traffic Services, Civic Offices, 2 Watling Street, Bexleyheath, Kent DA6 7AT within 21 days of the date of this Notice.
6. Persons objecting to the proposed Order should be aware that this Council would be legally obliged to make any comment received in response to this Notice, open to public inspection.
