Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, Volaw Corporate Trustee Limited as Trustee of the Pegasus Trust (“Volaw”) transferred its entire interest in Apax Europe VI Founder L.P. (the "Partnership"), a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL5339, to Carl Harring, and consequently Carl Harring became a limited partner in the Partnership and Volaw ceased to be a limited partner in the Partnership.
