Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that AXA Private Equity II Secondary Facility LP, a limited partnership incorporated in Jersey, whose registered office is at 4th Floor, Northern Suite, Channel House, Green Street, St Helier, JE2 4UH, Jersey, has transferred its entire interest as a limited partner in Bridgepoint Europe II 'B' LP (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP007584, to Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. (Series A), a limited partnership organised in Delaware, whose registered office is at c/o Corporation Service Company, 2711 Centerville Road, Suite 400, Wilmington Delaware, 19808 USA and whose principal place of business is at 345 Park Avenue, 32nd Floor, New York, NY 10154. Consequently, Strategic Partners VII Investments, L.P. (Series A) has been admitted as a limited partner in the Partnership and AXA Private Equity II Secondary Facility LP has been withdrawn as a limited partner in the Partnership.
