With effect from close of business on 31 March 2017 Dean Thomas, Solicitors of 120 Bridge Street, Worksop, Nottinghamshire S80 1HU, 31 Mill Street, Clowne, Chesterfield, Derbyshire S43 4JN and 18 Grove Street, Retford, Nottinghamshire DN22 6JS a solicitors practice regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority under registration numbers: 61201, 61202 and 61206 transferred its business to which was Foys Solicitors (SRA No. 0048529) whose main office is at Kingsgate House, Kingsgate, Waterdale, Doncaster, South Yorkshire DN1 3JZ. Upon completion of the transfer Dean Thomas Solicitors ceased to be regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority and to practice as a firm of solicitors. The partners in Dean Thomas namely Pauline Elizabeth Tillcock, Richard James Morton and Steven Dixon hereby give notice that Steven Dixon retired as a Partner from Dean Thomas immediately prior to completion of the transfer and Pauline Elizabeth Tillcock and Richard James Morton dissolved their partnership “Dean Thomas” with effect from completion of the transfer. The right to use the name “Dean Thomas” as part of their practising title has been transferred to Foys Solicitors. Pauline Elizabeth Tillcock and Richard James Morton are not Partners in the practice of Foys and have no liability for debts or other liabilities incurred by Foys following completion of the transfer under the name of “Dean Thomas” or otherwise.
