Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907,

that Barraigh Capital Management Ltd of 38 Harlaw Road, Aberdeen, AB15 4YY has transferred all of its interest in Maven Co-Invest SPS Limited Partnership a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL014109 (the “Partnership”) to Jock Gardiner of 38 Harlaw Avenue, Aberdeen, AB15 4YY;

and that Margaux Investment Managers Ltd of 22 Norman Macleod Crescent, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 3BF has transferred all of its interest in the Partnership to Andrew Craig of 22 Norman Macleod Crescent, Bearsden, Glasgow, G61 3BF.

Jock Gardiner and Andrew Craig of the above addresses have been admitted as limited partners of the Partnership. Barraigh Capital Management Ltd and Margaux Investment Managers Ltd of the above addresses have ceased to be limited partners of the Partnership.
