"SLC (Duncol) Limited be wound up voluntarily and that Graeme C Smith CA, The Vision Building, 20 Greenmarket, Dundee DD1 4QB, be and is hereby appointed Liquidator for the purpose of such winding up and that he is authorised to make distributions in specie if he considers appropriate."
