Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 22 December 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 9 March 2017, as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Lauren Louise Wilkinson, who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981, abandoned the name of Lauren Louise Daffin and assumed the name of Lauren Louise Wilkinson.
