NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF AN INSOLVENT COMPANY OF THE RE-USE OF A PROHIBITED NAME

ON 22 FEBRUARY 2017 THE ABOVE NAMED COMPANY WENT INTO CREDITORS’ VOLUNTARY LIQUIDATION.

On 27 February 2017 substantially the whole of the business and assets of the Company were acquired by Gruza Construction Limited (company number 10066562) which carried on the whole, or substantially the whole, of the Company’s business.

I, Nenad Lukovic of 55 Princes Gate, Exhibition Road, London SW7 2PN, was a Director of the Company during the 12 months ending with the day before it went into Liquidation. I hereby give Notice that it is my intention to act in one of more ways specified in section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with, or for the purposes of, carrying on the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent Company under the following name: Gruza Construction Limited (company number 10066562).
