Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that the final meeting of the Company and the final meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at FRP Advisory LLP, 110 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6EU on 26 May 2017 at 10.00 am and 10.15 am respectively, for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding-up has been conducted and the property disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Joint Liquidators and to determine whether the Joint Liquidators should have their release and how the Company’s books and records should be disposed of. A resolution at the meeting will be passed if a majority in value of those voting in person or by proxy, have voted in favour of it. A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him or her. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the Company.

Members are entitled to vote at their meeting according to the rights attaching to their shares. To vote at the creditors’ meeting, a creditor must have lodged a claim that has been accepted for voting purposes in whole or in part. Proxies and claims may be lodged at the Meetings or before the Meetings at the Liquidators’ office.
