Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 13 March 2017 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Mark Roach and Graham Randall, both of Quantuma LLP, Bath House, 6-8 Bath Street, Bristol BS1 6HL, (IP Nos. 9231 and 9051) be appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company and that they be authorised to act jointly or severally.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 13 March 2017 the appointment of Mark Roach and Graham Randall as Joint Liquidators was confirmed.
