Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 24 January 2017 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 16 February 2017, TERESA TUYEN NGUYEN MOSES of Flat 23, 10 Stanley Road London SW19 8RW, Married/Civil Partnership dissolved and a Commonwealth Citizen, under section 37(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Thi Thanh Tuyen Nguyen and assumed the name of Teresa Tuyen Nguyen Moses.
