Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 December 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 1 February 2017, DEAN MITCHELL of HMP Frankland Brasside, Durham DH1 5YD, single and a British Citizen, under section 11(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name Mitchell Adam Quy and assumed the name of Dean Mitchell.
