Notice is hereby given that the following resolutions were passed on 19 January 2017 as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the Company cannot, by reason of its liabilities, continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same, and accordingly that the Company be wound up voluntarily and that Kevin Goldfarb, of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG, (IP No. 8858) be and is hereby appointed as Liquidator for the purpose of such voluntary winding up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors held on 30 January 2017 the appointment of Kevin Goldfarb as Liquidator was confirmed.
