NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 that:

1. On 31 January 2017, William Crossan transferred all of his interest in GCP IV FP LP (a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL20816) to Alison Crossan represented by a capital contribution of £3.51. Accordingly, Alison Crossan became a limited partner in GCP IV FP LP with a capital contribution of £3.51.
