Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Prudential Greenfield GP LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Prudential Greenfield LP) has transferred its entire interest in Infracapital (BIO) SLP LP, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL022611 (the “Partnership”) to Infracapital Greenfield Partners I GP LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Greenfield Partners I LP). Prudential Greenfield GP LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Prudential Greenfield LP) has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Infracapital Greenfield Partners I GP LLP (in its capacity as general partner of Infracapital Greenfield Partners I LP) has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
