Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of The Insolvency Act 1986 that a Final Meeting of Members of the above named Company will be held at the offices of Beesley Corporate Solutions, Astute House, Wilmslow Road, Handforth, Cheshire SK9 3HP on Monday, 3 April 2017 at 10.00 am for the purposes of receiving an account showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted, and the property of the Company has been disposed of and of hearing any explanation given by the Joint Liquidators, and determining the Joint Liquidators' release.

A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy to vote and attend in his place. It is not necessary for the proxy to be a Member.
