In accordance with Rule 4.54 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended), I, hereby give notice that a general meeting of creditors has been summoned by the Liquidator for the purpose of appointing a liquidation committee; and, should a committee not be appointed, to determine the basis of the Liquidator’s remuneration. The meeting will be held at KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Court, Marquis Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RU, on 14 February 2017, at 10.00 am. A creditor entitled to attend and vote is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. Proxies to be used at the meeting should be lodged at the offices of KSA Group Ltd, C12 Marquis Court, Marquis Way, Team Valley, Gateshead, NE11 0RU no later than 12 noon on the working day immediately before the meeting. Creditors who have not yet lodged full details of their claim should do so immediately.
