Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 27 September 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 11 January 2017, as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Leighton James Day who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Leighton James Bull and assumed the name of Leighton James Day.
