Any Member or Creditor is entitled to attend and vote at the above Meetings may appoint a proxy to attend on his/her behalf. A proxy holder need not be a Member or Creditor of the Company. Proxies to be used at the meeting must be lodged with the Liquidator no later than 1.00 pm on the business day before the meeting at 47/49 Green Lane, Northwood, Middlesex, HA6 3AE.
