Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Axiom Asia Private Capital Fund I, L.P. transferred: (i) 50% of its interest in in Actis Emerging Markets 3 “C” LP, being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP012640 (the “Partnership”) to PAAF IV, SPC (acting for and on behalf of its Secondary Segregated Portfolio); and (ii) 50% of its interest in the Partnership to PAAF V, SPC (acting for and on behalf of its Secondary Segregated Portfolio), and consequently PAAF IV, SPC (acting for and on behalf of its Secondary Segregated Portfolio) and PAAF V, SPC (acting for and on behalf of its Secondary Segregated Portfolio) were admitted as limited partners of the Partnership and Axiom Asia Private Capital Fund I, L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
