The Applicant does at the first opportunity and in any event within 3 months of the date of the Order, give notice of the Order, either by letter or by advertisement in the Gazette to all creditors of the matters listed above, the Secretary of State and Registrar of Companies.

The Applicant does at the first opportunity and in any event within 3 months of the date of the Order lodge a sealed copy of the Order at any District Registry or County Court where a case listed above is pending.

The creditors of any matters listed above have liberty to apply to the High Court of Justice within 28 days of notice of the Order made pursuant to the application having been given in accordance with the above.

Pursuant to Rule 12A.55 of Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended) (“the Rules”) and Rule 3.1(2)(a) of the Civil Procedure Rules 1998 (as amended) and in respect of each matter listed above the time by which progress reports are required to be delivered by the Respondents pursuant to the Rules and/or the Insolvency Act 1986 (as amended) following the Order be extended or shortened as is applicable to the date on which such progress reports would have been required in each matter had the Order not been made.

There are no order as to costs.
