Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company has transferred its entire interest in European Fund Investments II Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL4413 (the “Partnership”) to OP Life Assurance Company Limited. As a result of the transfer, Suomi Mutual Life Assurance Company has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
