Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 29 November 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 19 December 2016 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Alexis Layla McConnon Craft who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Alexis Layla Craft and assumed the name of Alexis Layla McConnon Craft.
