Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Cubera VII LP transferred 5.88% of the interest held by it in EQT VI (No.2) Limited Partnership, being a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP014350 (the “Partnership”), to IGPE LP, and as a result IGPE LP was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
