Notice is hereby given that Dr Steven Chavasse has ceased to be a partner in the practice The Wooda Surgery, Bideford, EX39 4AU, as of the close of business on 19th December 2016.  With effect from 20th December 2016, the Partners in practice are Dr Sara Herriott, Dr David Milburn, Dr Samantha Gardner, Dr Matthew Lee, Dr Reginald Perrin, Dr Jessica Danielson, Dr Matthew Owen who will continue to carry on the same business as medical practitioners in partnership together under the firm name of “The Wooda Surgery”
