THE SCOTTISH MINISTERS hereby give notice that they have made the above Order under section 84(1)(a) and 124(1)(d) of, and paragraph 27 of Schedule 9 of, the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(a).

The effect of the Order is as described in the Glenrothes Gazette dated 03 August 2016, and the Edinburgh Gazette Issue Number 27751 dated 05 August 2016. The Order comes into force on Thursday 22 December 2016.

A copy of the Order as made, the relevant plan and the Revoked Orders may be inspected free of charge until 01 February 2017 during normal business hours at the offices of Transport Scotland, Buchanan House, 58 Port Dundas Road, Glasgow, G4 0HF; Cadham Post Office, Cadham Centre, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 6RU and Cadham Library, Huntsmans Road, Glenrothes, Fife, KY7 6RA.
