NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986 that a final meeting of the Members of the above company will be held at the offices of Horsfields, Belgrave Place, 8 Manchester Road, Bury, Lancashire BL9 0ED on 23 January 2017 at 11.30 am for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing the manner in which the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of and of hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidators. A Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member.
