Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 106 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that the general meeting of the members and of the creditors of the above-named company will be held at the offices of RF Business Recovery, Maxwelton House, 41-43 Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, West Sussex RH16 1BJ on:- 24 February 2017 at 10.30 am and 11.00 am respectively;

for the purpose of having an account laid before them showing how the winding-up has been conducted and the property of the Company disposed of, and also determining whether the Liquidator should be granted his release from office. The meeting will consider the following resolutions:

1. Approval of the Liquidator’s Final Report and Account.

2. That the Liquidator be released in accordance with Section 173 Insolvency Act 1986.

A member or creditor entitled to attend and vote at either of the above meetings may appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead. A proxy need not be a member or creditor of the company and may be the chairman of the meetings.

Proxy Forms must be lodged at the address shown above no later than 12 noon on the business day preceding the date of the meetings. A creditor’s Proxy must be accompanied by a Proof of Debt if one has not already been lodged.
