At a general meeting of the above named Company, duly convened and held at The Racquet Club Hotel, The Hargreaves Buildings, 5 Chapel Street, Liverpool L3 9AG on 30 November 2016, the following Resolutions were passed, the first as a Special Resolution, the second and third as Ordinary Resolutions:-

1. “That the Company be wound up voluntarily”.

2. “That David Moore and John Titley of Leonard Curtis, 6th Floor, Walker House, Exchange Flags, Liverpool L2 3YL be and are hereby appointed as Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purposes of such winding up”.

3. “That the Joint Liquidators be authorised to act jointly and severally in the Liquidation.”
