Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 94 of the Insolvency Act 1986, that a General Meeting of the Members of the above-named Company will be held at Dunion & Co. Limited, Boulevard House, 160 High Street, Tunstall, Stoke on Trent, ST6 5TT on 16 January 2017 at 11.00 am for the purpose of showing how the winding up has been conducted and the property of the company disposed of, and of hearing any explanations that may be given by the Liquidator and considering the Liquidator’s release and approving the final report. Any Member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting is entitled to appoint a proxy and vote instead of him, and such proxy need not be a Member. Proxy forms for use by the members at the meeting must be lodged at the address shown above not later than 12.00 noon on 13 January 2017.
