Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 4.106A(2) of the Insolvency Rules 1986 (as amended), that Stephen Hunt (IP No. 9183), of Griffins, Tavistock House South, Tavistock Square, London, WC1H 9LG and Nigel Fox (IP No. 8891), both of Baker Tilly Creditor Services LLP, Highfield Court, Tollgate, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh, SO53 3TY, have been appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company by the Secretary of State on 25 October 2016. Notice is also hereby given that the Joint Liquidators do not propose to hold a general meeting of the Company’s creditors for the purpose of establishing a liquidation committee. However, under Section 141(2) of the Insolvency Act 1986 a creditor may request that a meeting be summoned if the request is made with the concurrence of at least 10%, in value, of the Company’s creditors (including the creditor making the request).
