At a General Meeting of the above named company, duly convened and held at PKF Cooper Parry Group Limited, Sky View, Argosy Road, East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2SA on 25 October 2016 the following Resolutions were passed as a Special Resolution and an Ordinary Resolution:

“That it has been proved to the satisfaction of this meeting that the company cannot by reason of its liabilities continue its business, and that it is advisable to wind up the same and that accordingly the company be wound up voluntarily and that Tyrone Shaun Courtman , of PKF Cooper Parry Group Limited, Sky View, Argosy Road, East Midlands Airport, Castle Donington, Derby, DE74 2SA, (IP Nos. 7237) be and is hereby appointed Liquidator of the company for the purposes of such winding-up.” At the subsequent meeting of creditors Maxine Reid (IP No. 11492) of Kreston Reeves, Compass House, 45 Gildredge Road, Eastbourne, East Sussex BN21 4RY was appointed as Joint Liquidator.
