NOTICE OF WINDING-UP ORDER AND FIRST MEETINGS

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, at a hearing in the High Court of Justice of the Isle of Man (Chancery Division) on 10th October 2016, Mr Andrew Paul Shimmin and Matthew Richard Meadley Wild were confirmed as Joint Provisional Liquidators and deemed Official Receiver of Hirco PLC and it was also Ordered that the Company be Wound-up pursuant to the provisions of the Isle of Man Companies Acts 1931 and the Isle of Man Companies (Winding-Up) Rules, 1934.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN, pursuant to Section 179(2) of the Companies Act 1931 that the First Meeting of Contributories followed by the First Meeting of Creditors of the above named company will be held at 25 Farringdon Street, London, EC4A 4AB, on 8th November 2016 at 10.30am and 11.30am respectively for the purpose of having a full statement of the position of the Company’s affairs, together with a list of the creditors and an estimated amount of their claim, laid before them, and for the purpose if thought fit, of nominating a liquidator and of appointing a Committee of Inspection.

Proxies to be used at the Meeting must be lodged with Shimmin Wilson, Chartered Accountants at 13-15 Hope Street, Douglas, Isle of Man, not later than 4.00pm on 7th November 2016.

NOTICE IS ALSO GIVEN that, for the purpose of voting, secured creditors must (unless they surrender their security) lodge at the above Meeting a statement giving the particulars of their security, the date when it was given and the value at which it is assessed.
