Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 July 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 3 September 2016 as a person having parental responsibility on behalf of Josiah Barry-Adjokatse who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Josiah Anokye and assumed the name of Josiah Barry-Adjokatse.
