Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 30 September 2016, NBG Finance PLC assigned to Stage Capital (Laurel) LP the whole of its interest in NBGI Private Equity France Fund L.P. (the “Partnership”), a limited partnership registered in England with number LP013490, and that, with effect from 30 September 2016, Stage Capital (Laurel) LP became a limited partner in the Partnership in place of NBG Finance PLC.

Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that, on 30 September 2016, NBGI Founder Partner (Guernsey) IX Limited assigned to Stage Capital (Laurel) LP part of its interest in the Partnership, and that, with effect from 30 September 2016, Stage Capital (Laurel) LP became a limited partner in the Partnership in respect of the interest transferred.
