NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Partnership formerly subsisting between William Clark and Manus McConn carrying on business as Restaurateurs at 11A Stranmillis Road, Belfast, Units 1 and 2, 283/285 Upper Newtownards Road, Belfast and 549 Lisburn Road, Belfast under the style of “Conor” and “Greens” has been dissolved by mutual consent as from the 4th day of September 2016.

All debts due and owing by “Greens” will be received and paid by William Clark and all debts due and owing by “Conor” will be received and paid by Manus McConn.
