The Queen has been pleased by Royal Warrants under Her Royal Sign Manual dated 7 September 2016 to appoint Katharine Ann Bowyer, to be a Crown Estate Commissioner for a period of four years, commencing on and from 1 January 2017 and concluding on 31 December 2020, in accordance with the Crown Estate Act 1961.
