Pursuant to section 10 Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given that on 7th September 2016, Mrs Mary Carvill of the firm Commercial Property Income Fund 2 carrying on the business of property investment at 3rd Floor, 11-12 St James’ Square, London, SW1Y 4LB transferred 100% of her interest (represented by a capital contribution of £50) to Frame Broadfoot. Accordingly, Mrs Mary Carvill ceased her participation as a Limited Partner of Commercial Property Income Fund 2 on 7th September 2016 and Frame Broadfoot became a Limited Partner on the same date.
