On 25 August 2016 Deck Hand Knitwear Ltd was placed into insolvent liquidation. Mr Anthony Keith Newland of Valley Mills, 16 Valley Road, Liversedge, WF15 6JY was a director of the above named company on the day it entered liquidation. Pursuant to Rule 4.228 of the Insolvency Rules 1986 he gives notice that he intends to act in one or more of the ways specified in Section 216(3) of the Insolvency Act 1986 in connection with or for the purposes of the carrying on of the whole or substantially the whole of the business of the insolvent company under the name WRD (Liversedge) Limited t/a Deck Hand Knitwear.
