Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 17 April 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 31 August 2016 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Niamh Elisabeth Hollins-Owen who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Lucy Elisabeth Niamh Owen and assumed the name of Niamh Elisabeth Hollins-Owen.
