TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990

The Secretary of State gives notice of an Order made under Section 247 of the above Act entitled “The Stopping up of Highways (East) (No.25) Order 2016” authorising the stopping up of a length of the unnamed footpath which links Burton Road to Torrington Drive and an irregular shaped southern part width of Burton Road comprising footway at Debden, in the District of Epping Forest to enable development as permitted by Epping Forest District Council, under reference EPF/1007/15.

Copies of the Order may be obtained, free of charge, from the Secretary of State, National Transport Casework Team, Tyneside House, Skinnerburn Road, Newcastle Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE4 7AR or nationalcasework@dft.gsi.gov.uk (quoting NATTRAN/E/S247/2320 and may be inspected during normal opening hours at Area Housing Office (South), Communities Directorate, Epping Forest District Council, 63 The Broadway, Loughton IG10 3SP.

Any person aggrieved by or desiring to question the validity of or any provision within the Order, on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the above Act or that any requirement or regulation made has not been complied with, may, within 6 weeks of 09 September 2016 apply to the High Court for the suspension or quashing of the Order or of any provision included.
