The meeting is:

to consider revisions to my proposals under paragraph 54(2) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986. The revisions to be considered are;

Revision 1 - That the remuneration of the Administrator be fixed on the basis of 10% + VAT on all gross asset realisations together with a fixed fee of £10,000 + VAT in respect of statutory compliance work required.

Revision 2 - That the Administrator’s fees may be drawn on account, as and when funds allow.

We invite you to vote on the administrator’s revised proposals.

In order to be entitled to vote under Rule 2.38 you must return to the Administrator, not later than 1200 hours on the business day before the final day fixed for receipt of completed Forms 2.25B, details in writing of your claim.
