Notice is hereby given that a Deed Poll dated 1 August 2016 and enrolled in the Senior Courts of England and Wales on 30 August 2016 as person(s) having parental responsibility on behalf of Seyi Olatidoye Imran Olumide Ajibola who is a child and single and a British Citizen under section 1(1) of the British Nationality Act 1981 abandoned the name of Imran Oluwaseyi Olumide Olatidoye Ajibola and assumed the name of Seyi Olatidoye Imran Olumide Ajibola.
