Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Rule 2.35(4A) of the Insolvency Rules 1986, that the Joint Administrators are conducting the business of a meeting of creditors of the Company by correspondence for the purpose of agreeing the Joint Administrators’ proposals pursuant to paragraph 58 of Schedule B1 to the Insolvency Act 1986.
